Craig Schuhmann
Craig Schuhmann grew up in the Willamette Valley of Wilsonville, Oregon. He begin fishing at the age of ten and spent much of his early days chasing steelhead on the Oregon coast and fishing for trout in Central Oregon. Craig graduated from the University of Portland in Oregon in 1991 with a BA, and again in 1998 with an MA in theology, but still managed to make time for fishing.
In 2004 Craig helped to open and run The Ledge, a fly fishing shop in Klamath Falls. Through the shop he ran workshops on fly tying, rod building, and clinics on casting and basic fishing. Craig is currently spending his third year as a Fishing Guide in Klamath Basin in Southern Oregon, guiding on the Williamson and Wood Rivers, Agency and Klamath Lakes, and the Rogue River. Craig lives in Southern Oregon on the banks of the Williamson River with his wife and daughter Camille.
